Dear Customer of the Reinswald Ski Area,

Usually, our winter season extends from early December all the way up to Easter Monday.

However, because of the Covid-19 pandemic and the government's emergency measures, all ski areas had to discontinue their operations as of March 10, 2020 and to remain closed for the rest of the season.

We greatly regret that our customers were unable to use their 2019/20 season cards between March 10 and April 13, 2020 due to these unexpected and extraordinary circumstances. We as lift operators were likewise very hard-hit by the premature closing-down of our facilities, and suffered considerable financial losses.

Since we were able to provide our services for a majority of the period of from December to March, but were unable to continue doing so all the way up to the end of the season as planned, we would like to offer our customers the following form of compensation for the unused portion of their cards:

1.When purchasing a Reinswald season card for the coming 2020/21 season, every customer who presents his old 2019/20 season card will be entitled to a discount of 10% of the price listed on the old season card.

2.    This offer will be valid until Dec. 24, 2020.

We would like to take this opportunity to thank you for the trust which you have extended to us in the past, hope that this special offer meets with your approval, and are looking forward to seeing you again when you come here to enjoy this healthy and pleasurable sport.

With best regards,

The Reinswalder Bergbahnen AG
