At the moment the sci area is closed!!

Dear Customer of the Reinswald Ski Area,

Unfortunately, we have not been able to open our ski resort due to the Covid-19 pandemic and the state emergency regulations.

We are very sorry that due to this exceptional and unforeseeable situation many of our customers did not purchase the Reinswalder season pass 2020/21 this year and were therefore unable to take advantage of the 10% discount on their season pass of the previous year 2019/20 promised by us.

It is therefore our concern to make you a satisfactory offer in order to continue to meet you as our customer in our ski resort.

Due to the Covid-19 pandemic, the customer who did not buy a season ticket this year receives the already promised discount of 10% on the price which is listed on the annual ticket 2019/20, when purchasing the Reinswalder season ticket for the upcoming new winter season 2021/2022 against presentation of the old season ticket 2019/20.

For those customers who have purchased a season ticket for the current winter season 2020/21 and who have already taken advantage of the above mentioned discount, there is a separate provision regarding the guarantee for the unused time due to the closure of the ski areas, which was already announced at the time of purchase of the season ticket 2020/21 respectively. The billing will take place after the official end of the winter season 2020/2021!

We would like to thank you for your trust and hope to contribute to your satisfaction with our reasonable offer, so that skiing can continue to be used as a healthy and sporty leisure offer.
