Already more than 10 years ago Chef Heinrich Schneider succeeded in getting the first Michelin star in the Sarentine Valley. Together with sister Gisela, who was awarded last year with the "Best Wine List of South Tyrol", they succeeded in obtaining the second Michelin star in 2017. Since then, "Terra" has become an important leading company not only in the Sarentino Valley, but in the whole of South Tyrol. The Schneider siblings continue to live their dream and would like to thank their families and the entire team and of course the many guests who enjoy the award-winning delicacies in the midst of unspoiled nature.
